Teosophic-Teurgic Kabbalah
Feb 17 2008, 6:36 PM EST Considering that language reflects the inner structure of the divine world, the XVI-th century Kabbalah developt a hiper semantic role of the symbolic and theurgyc language. Therefor, how exactly would the higher planes be influenced by the use of words and/or hebrew letters in theurgyc rituals, and what are the potencies of the meaning which these structures of language(hebrew words and letter) contain ? 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Add the intent of the magician and the focus of the will then I believe that what one can do is solely dependent on ones' imagination and talent. Peace, daath Do you find this valuable? |

RE: Teosophic-Teurgic Kabbalah
Feb 18 2008, 1:06 AM EST Greetings, I would agree with the assertion of Daath. It is the Magician as well as the arrangement of the cosmos which makes the difference when words are spoken. The Magician is a specially prepared person, see the section on the Magician in the Ceremonial Magick Section of this site. Do you find this valuable? |
